Currently, forced withdrawal of stolen, loaned, or scammed items isn't allowed, but forced withdrawal of stolen, loaned, or scammed cash is. Should the rule be edited to include items?

we definitely need this rule changing, being mugged of a high value item is retarded currently and makes some rp sits unplayable.

What would happen if person doesn't have said item anymore?
What would most likely happen is that the mugged person (now the mugger) would start demanding compensation in the form of other items from their chest and considering this is PERP, would demand items that far exceed the value of what was originally lost even though those items weren't part of the original sit
