What rule do you wish to Edit:

5.2 Forced Withdrawals
In order to help preserve gameplay, players may not attempt to force other players to withdraw funds from an ATM machine/transfer funds from the mobile banking application from their phone. In addition, players may not force other players to withdraw items from their storage boxes/trunks, unless they are lawfully searching a storage container under Section 3 of the Paralake Penal Code.

Your version of the rule:

In order to help preserve gameplay, players may not attempt to force other players to withdraw funds from an ATM machine/transfer funds from the mobile banking application from their phone, unless they have been robbed, scammed, or have loaned the money to/by the player who will refuse to return the money. You can only take your money and 10k from their bank account if you were a victim of one of these actions. In addition, players may not force other players to withdraw items from their storage boxes/trunks, unless they are lawfully searching a storage container under Section 3 of the Paralake Penal Code.

Why do you believe this rule should be Added/Edited:

I and many others have been in a situation where a player would steal/scam money and the victim can do little to nothing to get their "hard-earned" money back. When you scam a player of about 20k+, it doesn't matter much if you get killed because in the end you still have made a profit.

+Support i think this would be good idea, for instance if you are at a casino and you get scammed for 200k there is literally no way of getting the 200k back. If you catch the scammer at a later date and have him in a secluded spot i think it should be allowed to make him wire you only what he stole in the first place or maybe like 5k extra just for good measure. The scammer doesnt really care otherwise, afterall if you kill him he still keeps the 200k

I like the concept but I don't see it working out. Say someone scammed you for 50k and you force them to empty their bank acc of 1 mil.

How would this work in regards of forcing them? Sit infront of an ATM with a gun to their head saying "Take 500k out now or you getting shot". Pretty sure all the ATMs are in a public place and doing something like this would not be realistic.

Good and fair idea in theory, however I do see a flaw in its practise
The thing is if this gets implemented, you will have people strong-arming people for more money than what was originally scammed for
Another thing is people being robbed of valuable items (items = money) So if i were to rob someone out of an m82 and he were to come rob me, I wouldn't be surprised if he were to bloat the actual value of the m82 and demand more money.

I would like to clarify I'm not against this idea, I don't know if my logic regarding items is completely stupid to you, but it's atleast something I would like clarification on before im convinced.
