Happened after I sat down again today, getting re-joining the job did not fix it.

Have you tried deleting and re-download all the content packs?

The best way I can think of to fix it is to unsubscribe from every single addon you dont need for perp and then reinstall your game after deleting the Garry's Mod folder. Also then try and put -dxlevel90 into your launch options.
