Why were you banned?: "3.2 - Communicating via third party application"
Why do you feel the ban's invalid?:
First of all, Lucas is a sweater-vest who we have just taken under our wing. He has only Dapsas on steam and does not even have TeamSpeak installed. He does not have anyone else on steam, so how could he possibly had any interaction with anyone outside of the game chat. And if he did then it must have been via Dapsas yet Dapsas was not even warned?
Writing the rest of the dispute will be a bit of a struggle as we have had little to no explanation of what actions Super found suspicious, however, when, I, Ethan, spoke to Super he told me that he spectated Moon and Eren Walker who did not say a word to each other for 45 minutes whilst not being in a phone call or any org TeamSpeak together. However, this is due to Moon being mute? How can someone who is mute be using voice chat to communicate?
Daniel and Al Capone do not have access to our TeamSpeak either so simply could not have been metagaming with them even if they wanted to?
Nooni was not even on the teamspeak server at the time of the raid and only joined to join the raid?

Super told me he trusts his instincts however instincts are not reason enough to ban, we invite Super to look through the demos of the players involved and he will see there was no metagame involved.
Evidence (Required for all server bans):
We can provide demos of all players involved. We just simply do not know what Super finds suspicious as the lack of the admin sit means we have no idea what he wants to prove innocence.
