Suggestion Title: Donation box\hat
Suggestion Description: a donation box\hat that acts like the piano's donation mechanic

Why should this be added?:
- sometimes I put an act with my guitar in the Bazzar or in the City hall, and ppl put money inside of an empty crate sometimes I get really high donations, but now I stopped because ppl kept stealing money from my empty crate, I wish there was a way to put money that would get stored in a way only I can get or maybe get sent straight to my pocket.

What negatives could this have?:
- I don't think there is a negative to such a simple thing. the most extrem case ppl will use it for preventing thiefs the same way ppl may take their wallet out to take money IRL or the same as bank to bank transfer but with money. so maybe solve a problem but get to be more importent item then it should. (can be prevented by putting a boundary on how much can be tipped like up to 500$ then it would be tidious to use for big tranferes then ppl will use it only for tips)

What problem would this suggestion solve?: ppl rather pay pocket money with one click then write a bank account in their phone just to transfer 100$ tip for a streetshow or for a fun activity. ppl wouldn't donate via bank transfer and when just putting empty crate ppl can steal the money, no streetshows at the garage hehe.

The unaddressed downside is the tip jars being placed in stupid places, but thats enforcable under existing prop placement rules.

Its a nice idea, I'd like to see it implemented.

You could pricetag an item with your bank number or have a sign with your bank number on it to get around the issue for the time being though.

This idea comes from more darkrp servers that use the very "original" tip jar addon used by almost all servers.
Irl, it's common to see people with guitar cases or jars to collect money so in retrospect it would make sense.

More positives:

- Less money entities causing lag.

Potential negatives:

- People using it as a quick safe deposit box to prevent being mugged.
- People using this as an alternative to dropping money, to prevent it from being taken. (We still need a "give money" feature)
- Could encourage cheap/lazy money grabs (put down a meme next to the donation box).

Some things I think this should have:

- A relatively low capacity, so people don't just leave it and go do something else. They should be around to interact with people donating. The capacity could be either amount of $, or number of individual donators. Also, this will make them empty it frequently, which depending on the location could open the door on muggings (I wouldn't want to see this being used as a safe deposit box where you put the money made from the drug dealer).
- Consider a spawn location restriction, similar to chests.

Other things to consider:

- A delay to take the money out and:
- A way to break it open. It should be slow, loud, and obvious, but still be an option. Breaking it open would give only your money back (the goal isn't to make money, but to get yours back for whatever reason).
- Taxes? A flat fee, donation tax?

I was about to say, there would definitely need to be a cap to how much you could intake from donations otherwise people would be selling perp cash like fentanyl in Oregon
