Suggestion Title: Overhaul stolen money
Suggestion Description: Allow “Stolen money” from bank raids to be kept, which can be “laundered” at the DD for a fraction of the money you’d have gotten from actually raiding the bank. There should be a 0.5% profit from the actual bundle of money and a cool-down on how much you can launder at once, I suggest the limit be no more than 1 million per 20 minutes , so 3 million in stolen bills will give you 15k after 3 trips to the DD in an hour.

When dropped, it should appear as normal money, but with “marked bills” as a title, as well as its value underneath. So a dropped stack of 3 million dollars will say: “Marked bills ($15000)”

This system could be implemented alongside other activity such as the ability to steal from ATM’s with the same amount of cash, or store robbery missions when they’re implemented.

Stolen cash would be seizable by police as it’s possible to tag money in a detectable way, usually with invisible ink UV batch tagging.

Why should this be added?:
- Money wouldn’t just vanish upon being stolen, despite its inability to be put safely into circulation, real life crime networks regularly take stolen cash in exchange for “clean money” for the purpose of eventually putting that money slowly back into circulation.
- Having the money display it’s value rather than how much it is when dropped removes the risk of new players getting scammed by taking advantage of their lack of knowledge of the system.

What negatives could this have?:
- Possibility of using it to get more money than you’d gain from the bank raid itself when there’s low cops? This can easily be worked around though.
