Community Suggestion Editing/Deleting in The Shoutbox.

Suggestion Title: Editing/Deleting in The Shoutbox.
Suggestion Description: why is there a time limit on editing your post on the shout box? Doesn't really make sense? Also with editing the only top message doesn't make sense. Or you can't delete your message in the shoutbox? What is happening.

Why should this be added?:
- I can actually delete my message just in case you take back what you said or you just dont wanna spam the chatbox like I accidently did
- It's actually useful

What negatives could this have?:
None.

Similar to the fact that you can’t delete your own replies to a thread, this encourages you to think before you post something and avoids an influx of harmful or stupid messages that could be posted then instantly deleted so to cause problems. I’m sure staff won’t mind deleting your message if you ask for such to be done.

As for editing your messages, yeah, I personally wouldn’t mind the cooldown being increased. It can be annoying not being able to fix typos and such after a short amount of time.
