Suggestion Title: Emergency siren volume
Suggestion Description: Give us the ability to lower the volume of in-game emergency sirens with either a slider (with a minimum set in place so people still hear it, but don't get hurt by it) or give us 3 levels of volume that we can choose.

Alternatively, make it so when you are inside of the emergency vehicle the siren volume is lowered. When you are not in an emergency vehicle, it is regular volume so you can hear it coming from a distance.

Another alternative could be reworking the siren to be less harsh to the ears, EQing the frequencies to remove the harsh sounds. This could also be a setting in the F1 menu to choose either the 'legacy' one or the EQ'd one.

This was denied but no reason was given so I try again.

Why should this be added?:
In my opinion the siren is an extremely harsh piece of audio resulting in (my) ears getting overstimulated if I have to listen to it for longer than a minute. I do play on higher volumes, but I do this because I otherwise cannot understand radio communications through the siren and other game sounds. This results in (me) turning off the siren while responding to emergencies because I otherwise lose my mind.

What negatives could this have?:
- People might turn it off just to gain an advantage

What problem would this suggestion solve?: - People not using sirens because they are too loud for them

The "slider" could be placed into that quick menu while inside a vehicle as a cop.

Hell, I have my volume pretty low down and it still hurts my ears, which is also why I rarely use it. It also makes it much harder to hear people talking to you in the car and also over the radio, and then you have to turn up the radio, with this one guy who has a loud ass mic, breathing down the radio and screaming he's getting shot at.
