Suggestion Title: Enable soundscapes
Suggestion Description: Soundscapes (https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Soundscape) are in the map, but aren't audible on PERPheads. I suggest we enable them.
Why should this be added?:
- The map would feel more full of life and realistic because of ambient audio (planes and helicopters flying over, birds chirping, wind, water, etc)
What negatives could this have?:
- None, unless you want to be a pro PERPhead pvper and rage when you hear 0.1 dB ambient noise while raiding because you think you can't hear anyone
What problem would this suggestion solve?: completely silent and empty sounding city when no-one is around
