I would love to recommend @Esteban for his amazing rule knowledge and law knowledge. Not only does he know the rules and laws very well he is also an outstanding role player. Today I bumped into him and his fish store near city hall. It just made me smile to see some good passive role play. The only down side was not many people turned up, it was still very fun though.

Esteban is awesome I agree. I know a long long time ago I asked if he wanted to be my sushi apprentice and serve fish. And we did for a couple hours and barely anyone came. But it was really fun.
