Exploding cookers with no propane tanks

Type of bug: lua?

Description of the bug: If more than one bombs blow up, a cooker on a chemical table explodes and sets on fire even without a propane tank.

How to reproduce the bug: Put a chemical table and start drying on it, and put atleast 2 bombs next to it

This isn't technically a bug, but I'm going to make it so Cookers aren't explosive on their own.
