It clearly looks like self defense is involved. Also I would argue neither of the rules you listed fall into this category of what you are trying to argue. Especially 2.5 should not apply.

While I am not involved, it happened to me. In a shootout I shoot ping wing to help the cops. After that I made a report asking if I can do that and @Dom_ told me that I cant as I don't benefit from helping them so it breaks 3.4. I hope this help

Running @FatGeorge over was an attack, not an act of self-defense.
@Fattyfatcow 's actions put himself in extreme danger and made him face almost certain death.

A ban will be issued, due to recent rule infractions.
