favorite bible verse

Got quite a few, but these have had a significant impact on me:

John 11, 28b: “The Teacher has come and is calling for you.”

Psalm 91, 1-2:
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

Luke 3,22b,c: And a voice came from heaven which said, “You are My beloved Son; in You I am well pleased.”

Edited for @HuskyD0G and his NKJV obesession. European OG's know that Martin Luther's translation is the only real one.

Obligatory clarification that I am very much an atheist, but here is one that is particularly relevant right now.

Proverbs 31:8-9
Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.

Matthew 6
Beware of practicing your righteousness before other people in order to be seen by them, for then you will have no reward from your Father who is in heaven.

“Thus, when you give to the needy, sound no trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may be praised by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you."

I might not be Christian, but I'll join in on this with some of my favorite quran verses.

“So verily, with hardship, there is relief.” (Quran 94:6)
