Favourite type of screwhead?

Torx is definitely the best by far, all the other screw heads just wear when you screw into something and you can never get them out

Depends, I do alot of 3d printed stuff and we use Hex Screws usually M2.6/M3 Hex screws/bolts with heat inserts into the plastic.

I think Phillips are cheap and reliable, easy to use.

Overall I want to say the BEST screw is probably a Cross Head or a Phillips screw? but its a nuanced question, I usually use Hex for my projects but general use Phillips/Crossheads

Every crosshead/Philips screw that I've ever needed to remove down the line ends up stripping the fuck out of itself and becomes a pain to remove. I've often found that flathead screws cam out easily. Torx screws undoubtedly solve the above problems and are far superior, with the only drawback I've seen being that they don't seem that standardised in terms of sizing, meaning you need to have a gajillion drill bits or screwdrivers.
