Django is an outstanding movie, you should definitely watch it, I think it's on Netflix and amazon video

Shawshank Redemption, Bronx Tale, Good Fellas are all clsssics I'd reccomend anyone to watch.

A good thriller would be Shutter Island

Horror would be The Blair Witch project, Insidious.
