Server Suggestion Fire Truck Civilians

Suggestion Title: Fire Truck Civilians
Suggestion Description: I believe it would be a great addition if firemen had the option to allow civilians access to a passenger seat in the truck/vehicles.

Why should this be added?:
- In situations where civilians are stuck on highway, you can help then get to safety.

- A ride along system where new players and players not used to the Fire Department / EMS jobs can see what it means and possibly gain an interest in a job they normally might not go for

What negatives could this have?:
- If the firemen could manually allow passenger access by keybind, command or another way there wouldn't be many, if any, major negatives.

Honestly yeah. You would not believe the amount of times someone has ran up to me asking for a ride or help or escape and i physically CANT give them one even if i friend them.

There's no reason we shouldn't be allowed to transport civilians away from areas that are on fire or just casually transporting them when there is a lack of Taxi's and or the Monorail is not at a particular station for a while especially the bazaar monorail station.
