Suggestion Title: First Person view only
Suggestion Description: We should remove third person view from vehicles so that you are forced a first person view at all times, This will increase immersion, realism and fun.

Why should this be added?:
Increased realism and more serious RP feel

What negatives could this have?:
none

What problem would this suggestion solve?: seeing round corners using third person view

I actually like this idea. It would remove a lot of the third person abuse and make people drive more carefully.

As someone who often drives in first person, sure why not, but the issue with that is that the view would have to be adjusted in a lot of vehicles, they are sometimes too low. I don't think devs would wanna spend their time on that.

A good number of cars are almost undrivable in first person currently, due to either broken camera location, weird materials on the inside of the windscreen, or other associated issues.

What's more, when being gunpointed out of cars, you see a lot of people already saying they didn't know they were under gunpoint. I can't imagine making driving first person only will help things in that regard either.

If this was to be done, a lot of work would need to go into making first person driving more practical.

I suppose you should be able to move the camera up/down/right/left a bit to stimulate an adjustable car seat, this way you don't have to modify the camera in the vehicle.

Larger vehicles would be difficult to maneuver like the fire engine, ambulance and the bigger delivery truck especially with getting caught on the more tighter turning that you see in the city. Though this would increase realism, this would also increase the difficulty of driving (more towards the larger vehicles). Like Allen has already said "it would take a lot of work to make this practical". Time that would probably be better spent on other issues like fixing bugs that are currently affecting players

hell no. most vehicles have terrible first person view, and even in the ones that have somewhat alright first person view, its still difficult to properly drive. you just cant really see very well. and as mentioned above, large vehicles would be really difficult to drive if you cant see around you because the streets are small and not really made for large vehicles such as the fire truck. in some vehicles you also just cannot see behind you at all in first person which also makes driving that much more difficult.

To be fair, the fire truck is easier to drive in first person than third person I've found. Third person means you can't see what's in front of you cause the truck takes up so much room on your screen. Same with the specialist courier van.
