Suggestion Title: Fish NPC at the beach
Suggestion Description: I have noticed that when I was mayor and wanted to go fishing I couldn't sell my fish to Lelito's Pub. I moved to fish at the beach, but found that I can only store the fish in my storage and the closest place to sell would be in the city. In V5 you could sell the fish at Fredys which made it convinient.

Why should this be added?:
- It would be convienient to sell the fish somewhere closer instead of only being able to store at the beach.

What negatives could this have?:
- None as fishing already takes time to do

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Fish is not only a food source but an income. Having an NPC closer to the fishing location would make it less annoying to having to go all the way to the city to sell fish.

Fishing is already pretty shit if you're doing it to make money. So this is essential for people who wanna make money this way. If there is nowhere close to sell I think most people won't try to make money from fishing. Also it was something you could do as mayor in V5, but now there's not point as ain't no way I'm gonna spend time to put all the fish into chests and run to an NPC.

I support more non crime income. And fishing is nice.

I will make it so that mayors can use the shop NPC at the pub. Also might look into moving a couple of the beach huts to the beach at Business.
