Server Suggestion Fix spotlights/utilities with wrenches.

Suggestion Title: Fix spotlights/utilities with wrenches.
Suggestion Description: When someone shoots out a spotlight or a TV, have an option where instead of picking up and placing them down again to fix - they should be fixed with a wrench. (CD should be the same as a crowbarred door).

Since Bnjemann mentioned being able to use lightbulbs. An idea spanning off this...

A new model gets created when a light gets shot out. Something named Broken spotlight or something along those lines. To fix a broken spotlight you must click on it with a lightbulb item.

Why should this be added?:
- Removes the pain of having to replace.
- Gives more use to wrenches.
OR
-Gives more use to lightbulbs

What negatives could this have?:
- Couldn't think of one.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Allow an option to fix lights or TVs without having to replace.

Would be good for it to be the only way.

When broken, even if you pick it up and place it down you need to use a wrench

We get a billion lightbulbs a day from the wheel. If anything this could be used. Then again, you can pick up and replace them, so if you’re not in combat that’s the better option.
