Flashlight in the shooting range

Main Idea: Make it so you are able to have a flashlight in the shooting range.

Full description of the idea: Your flashlight won't get removed when you enter the shooting range.

Why should it be added?: People have trouble seeing stuff when the weather is moody/dark.

Pros: You can see better, especially when the weather is moody.

Cons: None.

*Other additions: Get rid of the weather effects completely at the shooting range (if possible).
