You've been on another server before ours, if not then your content pack is corrupted, re-download it

I hate to say it again but, I used to have this problem. You're Content is corrupt quite like Daymon said. Just delete the Content folder and install a new one to the same place. Make sure you delete the whole folder and not just the content inside.

When you join someone else's server the packs get corrupt somehow, restart your GMOD or re-install. Had this before.
