Flying lights on vehicles

As show on the prius, the emergency lights is flying. This is also on cop cars.

@Xquality with his 'Got Bugs?' guide doesn't fix the problem, sadly. However, I may have a solution which worked for me. Simply remove the SVN TDMcars from your 'addons' folder and download TDMcars off the workshop. Hope this works, despite it being inconvenient.
