You should probably point out what it is that you see that's fucked up.
So if your scrolling through this comment, and you don't see what's wrong with the photos he posted, it's the police light bars.

If you're going to be a complete dick about it then no one is going to help you. It's common sense to actually write something in your post so people know what your issue is.
Not that I have a good knowledge with fixing stuff, but I believe it's probably other addons messing with the files on our server. Try deleting some addons (or just all your addons) that you think would be doing this, and then reinstalling the addons for PERPHeads. That's really the only thing that I could think of that may fix it.

I'm not being a dick, I posted images of the lightbars being fucked up, but instead of helping fix it, there's just dumb ratings, and that kinda pisses me off. Maybe someone like you provided?

Unsubscribe from all addons (workshop)
then go to the addons folder and remove all the files (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons), after that subscribe to the perpheads content
if you've done all of the above and its still the same you will need to reinstall (I know you've done it already but try again after you've done the stuff above^)

Besides blaming everything on others and having not even waited 24 hours on a reply and are already cussing about, how about you tell:
1. Your exact issue
2. When the issue start.
3. Provide a list of ALL ADDONS
4. What did you already do
5. Did you join any other server
