Suggestion Title: Ford raptor on spin the wheel
Suggestion Description: Make the Ford raptor obtainable by Spin the wheel but make it rare like tricycle.

Why should this be added?:
I think a lot of the players would love a chance of being able to obtain this useful and cool looking car.

What negatives could this have?:
The moderators and above that have this car probably wouldn't like that this car would be obtainable because it being exclusive to them.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: It would add another way to obtain a car that is probably wanted by a lot of players.

I would like to see more wheel-exclusive cars, to be honest I have always had an issue with the raptor being staff-only as it serves a genuine utility having 5 seats + truck bed ability. The nearest comparison is the Dodge Ram SRT with only 2 seats. I would hope that moderation staff gains access to a new vehicle without an advantageous roleplay utility
