MiniXIII Messages 681 Reaction score 773 Points 780 Location London Feb 21, 2021 #2 I know how to reproduce this. If you're on duty, equipt the vest then go off and on duty again, you will go on duty with the vest and have the option to add the vest again which has 0 impacts.
