It happens sometimes when the server is almost full, just wait 2-3 mins and you'll be able to move or try to re-join the server

The server is having some loading issues. Wait a few minutes and you should load right in!

The server is experiencing some network issues. We have a fix but your patience in the mean time is appreciated.

If you are experiencing this specific issue, try leaving and coming back a few minutes later. You may need to do this a couple of times.
