Suggestion Title: Give TFU officers access to ladders
Suggestion Description: Give TFU officers access to ladders, these ladders are heavy and it could slow officer down when carrying but at the place of deployment it can allow access on to the roof for sniper positions in hostage situations or raids
The ladder could give ability to go up a building up to a floor or two, also these ladders could be taken only from Lenco BearCat

Why should this be added?:
- I think this addition would add more realism since Special Police units who specialise in Snipers do use elevated positions for sniper fire and it would could bring more RP

What negatives could this have?:
- Implementation, abuse (To prevent abuse these ladders could be given to Standard TFO or Incident Commander)

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Allowing TFU to go up on sniper positions

100% man, theres so many good spots where u could just get up on and snipe from there, it would be ideal to have some sort of ladder, or even the stepladder with 2-3 steps to access such locations. crims should also be able to get those from crafting tho i feel like.
+ This shouldnt be a thing ur spawned with in inventory, the ladder should be in the trunk, and after u blackscreen it dissapears so they arent left behind

I love this suggestion so much. This would be so fire and it would completly change the way sniping is played as TFU.

I think it should work something similar to how the spike strips work. you also should only be able to place the ladder on some spots.

100%. In the past I've been relatively lucky and people have let me into their houses to snipe from before (thank you to the guy who owned large subs 2, it was very appreciated) but it would deffo help if we could actually get onto the roof!

What about players? Do they just have to snipe from the street? Cool suggestion, but it just wont be fair at all. Especially cause TFU could just hide ontop of that roof the entire time, have another TFU officer remove the ladder so nobody could get up there, and the TFU could just stand there being extremely OP cause there's no way to get him if he just hides.

Which I can think of quite a few TFU Officers even high ranks who would do that.

Snipers are already frustrating enough considering they can see you from outside a player's view range, no thanks

I think this is a terrible idea and will end up being incredibly unbalanced. Considering how spotting a TFO sniper on foot is already quite annoying, I can't imagine having to look at every single elevated spot, in let's say, Suburbs.

Imagine you're raiding large subs 1 or 2, think of all the possible spots a TFO sniper could be camping. Could be:
- from any house, or the small park building
- the top of the bridge
- head glitching behind fences
- head glitching on the brute (depending on the ladder height)

Not to mention the implementation of such feature sounds awkward, considering func_ladder objects are baked into the map at compile time.. It's definitely possible, but time consuming & requires a good amount of playtesting.

They don't actually have to make it a func_ladder, there ARE other ways, but they wont work the same though and yeah would just be too op either way.
