I made a refund request (https://perpheads.com/threads/got-killed-for-no-reason-and-then-got-raided.13100/#post-96159) and someone replied that I should make an action request. Altough I don't remember the cop's name.

How are you able to make an AR without his name at all? Also state the reason for the punishment, don't leave it to the admins. Even if the guys at the RR told you to make an AR (@Minilarro and @MoronPipllyd ) you should have told them that you do not know the LEO's name.

There's just so far that Administrators can go to actually find the person you're looking for, the deal is you find either the in-game name or steam name of the person or directly a Moderator / Administrator to look through the logs with you. Posting an action request with barely any detail with no name just looks lazy.
