Background
This African American gang known as the Gotti Boyz was influenced in the South of New Orleans, Louisiana. They are known for their violent reputation and harmful ways. New Orleans was a place for peace, fun, and good times, such as events like Mardi Gras. The gang is known for outrageous acts. 504 made its first appearance in paralake due to hurricane Katrina leading to gang members getting relocated to different states and cities, this is when Kevin, Jones, Jefreese, and Jamal came to Paralake.
