Description of the idea:
be able to turn down the gov radio without having to mute it

Why should this be added? (pros):
can focus on other stuff without having to mute the radio and not get any info
What negatives could this have? (cons):
literally none

Just make it a little slide bar in the F1 menu maybe since thats simple to use and if you set it at a good volume then we probably won't ever have to touch it again unless you get someone like Finlay ear raping the radio and yelling.

Honestly surprised that this isn't already a thing something just like how we can control radio volume would do the job.

I don't think this is possible in the engine. There is no function to change the sound volume of specific players.
