House Cleaning and House Security Certification

Who are we?
We are the H.C.H.S.C company with close ties to the City of Paralake, with which we are currently in collaboration. Our main goal is to make sure new or inexperienced citizens are educated on how to properly secure their homes and teach them safety practices on avoiding home invasions or muggings.

What do we offer?
We currently offer a Security package*, which consists of:

2x Wooden Fence
2x Short Wooden Fence
4x Thin Concrete Barricade
2x Chain Link Fence
2x Bookshelf
2x Spotlight
1x Metal Detector**
House Alarm
*The package cost comes down to around $18,000, but is offered for free.
**Due to being it more convenient the Metal Detector will be soon substituted with a Small Metal Detector.

How do we certificate?
We issue 3 ratings:

Rating F- is awarded to properties that have no defensive measures or ones that are executed very poorly.

Rating C is given to properties that either have or have been given the Security Package or some variation of it. They may be reevaluated and given a rating of A, if the Security Package is put in use.

How to avoid impostors?
Whenever you hear a knock on your door and one of our Employees announces themselves make sure to verify their identity using this number: #890-7952. Our employees will have no issue showing you they are unarmed and have no ill intention. They will always present themselves with a badge issue by the City of Paralake. For the safety of our employees, they never carry more than $1,500 worth of personal items. If you do not feel safe opening doors for us, you don't have to. However our employees can offer you our Manual that can be put in your mailbox or slid under the door.

UPDATES
So far six properties were issued our rating (A, A, C, C, C and F-). Out of those six, four were given our Security Package. Two property put it to good use and therefore earning the A rating.

We do not supply weapons currently, but it is something we might consider in the future. We own The Smiths', which are known for high quality weapons and good prices, but due to the management burning out we are pursuing other forms of business.

This is something we consider beneath us and certainly above our pay grade. Also luckily none of our employees have suicidal tendencies or are delusional.
