the server froze and i disconnected now everytime i join all it says it connecting to server than pops up with a connected 6 tries messages i can join any other server but someone help?

You aren't banned, but the host may be interfering with your connection location. You can try refreshing your network (you can google the cmd prompt commands), temporarily use a VPN to see if it works, etc. If it's unrelated to your connection, you can try troubleshooting the game via verifying files in Steam, reinstalling perp content, or doing a factory reset on the game as a last resort.
