Suggestion Title: Have the paralake flag on a pole outside spawn.
Suggestion Description: We have a flag for the server that's official, why not add it to the map somewhere as to my knowledge the only place with it is city hall.

Why should this be added?:
- City Pride
- We have a flag for the game and it's official, why not let users see it flown near the city hall?

What negatives could this have?:
- You'll have to do effort.
- We do have to do compromises with the map for each addition so i'm not sure how big of one this might need.

I was suggesting a seperate flag pole. One that's tall and has the flag static extended. Not folded and useless.
