Today @Collier has decided to step down from his position as the Line Manager for Operations Services. As a result of this, we will need to find a replacement to take on the position of Head of Operations Services. The minimum rank requirement to apply is Corporal.

Role Description
The Head of Operation Services is responsible for overseeing Patrol, Traffic, Tactical Firearms and Dispatch. Successful applicants will work closely with their command teams, Senior Management and the Chiefs of Department to further develop the Police Department as a whole. Applicants applying for this role ideally have a lot of experience within the Department to be able to effectively manage and lead their divisions.

• Have strong leadership and management skills
• Have innovative ideas
• Have an exemplary disciplinary record
• Be willing to dedicate time over other community responsibilities
• Meet targets set by the Chiefs of Department
