Hi fellow roleplayers, my name is $lickity but soon you'll come in come in contact with my character his name is Scott Dwyer and he is new to the city. He'll be looking foward to meeting all of you wonderful people he is happy to land in this city and he is more than happy with how the city and population function and work together.
