Following @SleepyMode advice i reinstalled the content packs with the help of https://perpheads.com/threads/missing-content.12502/ from @Xquality .

Always important to have the newest content and delete and old shit that might be lurking somewhere. Could be in download/downloads, addons or something you intalled yourself etc.
