Hicktownia is a micronation independent from Paralake claiming the hicktown area
we are not looking for conflict of any type and our claim is non violent in nature how ever we will act in proper self defence if the need arises
we are encouraging civilians of Paralake to join and we are looking for government officials



Constitution


1st section

All civilians have the right to bare firearms as long as they are concealable in nature open carry is forbidden
civilians may only discharge there firearm in self defence or for sporting and hunting of game animals only
civilians are expected to keep there firearm in good working order at all times and to ensure they are not lost


2nd section

Civllians have the unalienable right to enjoy a peaceful life and not to be harrased by the PLPD or other paralake officals


3rd section
the PLPD do not have jurisitiction over the claim of hicktownia any breach of this is a breach of the UN National law's


4th section
the hicktownia police have the legal right to deport anyone from the claim who breaks the laws

liable to deportation and 2 years in jail in hicktownia or more in paralake if caught there
2.3 production of methanphedamines
liable to deportation and 4 years in jail

Liable to 10 years and banishment
