how do i get skins

like see that there is like skins on ppl guns whewn they clip
like on the ak and on the scar i have 2 things
1 does it do a big inpact on my ffps i have a bad pc so i dont want i go bad
and where do i get it and how do i do it

it doesnt affect ur fps as its just colors or a diff texture.
