Profile Views became private for your eyes only after some time, it's a recent-ish change.
However, Enforcer's+ can see these views regardless of privacy setting or not (I don't believe you can even change them yourself).
The permissions are a bit odd tbh.

Yes, however it is up to their discretion if they do (the probably won't)
