Why Should This Player Be Punished: Decided to be on the side of the highway so when I did a drift around I hit him and if he wasn't on the god damn highway I wouldn't of hit him, he's been verbally warned by @Super_ however I wish for more action to be taken as he's made my car get fucked and made me loose my gun considering I was being chased by someone and I had to stop cause of this person which made me get fucked.
