Yeah, and your RAM amount? HDD or SSD? how much space is left on those discs? Are you running anything next to it e.g. steam overlay, other things on the background? Do u have a lot of subscription in your workshop for gmod?

A download/upload speed doesnt state consistency, its a point in time, if you get random internet spikes where the connection drops its not visible in such a test unless it happens at exactly that time. But usually with those speeds your internet (should be) stable.

32 gb ram. NVME SSD. 101GB left, i am running it like normal never did any freezing until today

Your internet is as stable as the geopolitical situation in the middle east.

Your speedtest proves its fast, but it can stil be unstable at the same time. You can prove this by enabling net_graph 1 and noticing no incoming or outgoing packets the next time this occurs.

What is your internet situation, are you on cable or wifi? Any repeaters or stuff like that?
