You’re banned for the same reason you disputed on your last account.

You got banned for having an alt because you can switch an play perpheads on you're not allowed to have a alt account as it's a strict rule especially

You were banned for having which has led to your ban I do not know why you had tried to attempt to join on an alt you can make a dispute.
Dispute you will need evidence for this so if not and just made will be denied in 1 day approx.
It was increased to 1 year.
So you can rather wait 3 months or a good time to apologize or dispute.
