You could add a new topic called 'Organization apply' or something. Basically the owner or a head owner of the organization makes a topic about applying for the org. So if you are interested in joining a org then you could see on that topic and apply. The person who makes the topic about their organization have to follow a template. A little bit short idea but i quite like it
