Rank system for organisations.



Short explanation (in notes):
- Possibility to assign ranks to org. members, using the F3 menu.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
The idea is, that the owner of an organisation is able to set ranks for his respective members.
It should be possible to add own names for the different ranks and maybe allocate specific privileges.

+ Support, I have seen some organisations, with ranks for each members, unfortunately they can't do that.

However, members publish the ranks on their own organisation's pages on the forums. That would be great, giving a possibility to can give ranks "Inside of the Organisation".
