Suggestion Title: IMPROVED Emote Wheel
Suggestion Description: By default, the Emote wheel should be empty with only Surrender. This is the one emote not possible to disable.

Otherwise

A menu list full of all the emotes in the game is made.

Pick what emotes you want from that list on the emotes wheel.

Now the emotes on the wheel are only the ones you want to use.

Why should this be added?:
- clean up the emote wheel
- make it easier to add new emotes without stressing about cluttering people’s wheel
- make people pleasantly surprised when they see someone do an emote they don’t have favorited
- give each person their own set of gestures which gives their character more personality

What negatives could this have?:
- not knowing certain emotes exist right away

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Cluttered emote wheel, especially when new emotes are added.

I don't agree that it should be empty by default, this would likely result in sweaters not even realising that majority of the emotes we have even exist. Apart from that I think this is a great idea, the emote wheel already feels cluttered and I don't remember the last time I used a lot of the emotes on it.

there is a Tutorial Mission on the Missions app that teaches emotes, New players should have no problem realizing we have emotes.

How is it meant to teach them about the emotes if they aren't even on the wheel, I think just having it full by default would be better than having to change the mission to show them how to configure the wheel.

Tweak the mission to teach them how to configure the wheel and populate it with what gestures they want.
