Topic: A big improvement on the Emergency Light System and Sound



Short explanation (in notes):
- In general, improve the emergency lights and the siren sound
- Lights: Make them look like this:

-Sirens: Improve the quality of it, to sound "like" this:

Detailed description (why should it become added/...): This improvement should be implemented in the server because maybe some of you are not aware, it makes RolePlay a lot more enjoyable, and serious.

The lights you can change... but NO ONE touches our dank Police Siren... I love it...

I'm going to have to fire up the +support train and say that it doesn't look the best, but its still good... even though a better one would drastically affect FPS.

I'm not even sure what's wrong with @StephenPuffs' lights, they're really good in my opinion. And just asking; Have you ever been on a server with Photon? It makes the server lag when there's about 10 people on and just kills your fps even more than it does now

I think Stephens lights do the job but I agree that the quality isn't the best but remember Photon is a specialised pack. The problem is, Photon decrease FPS by a hell of a lot even though it looks fantastic. We need to keep this into consideration. Is it worth the performance decrease?

If we change the lights and make them really small, it reduces the chance of someone seeing them; especially people who don't like using the sirens and just use the lights instead.
And if you replace my lovely ambulance sirens I'm going to be quite perturbed.

Maybe that is the question you Should ask to the community.
In my opinion, i would preffer the lights, but thats just me. Well, at least i think i can still give my opinion.

Current lights and siren fits it very well in my opinion. And as @Rogue Car Tyres said the lights you requested cannot really be seen that easily. Therefore i prefer the current lights.

I'm also quite happy with the current siren. It fits in with the police car itself. I Can't imagine that sound on the police cars on perp.

Because bored and might as well spend time doing useless things...

Somehow I fail to see how our own work warrants enough effort to redo any of it. Honestly both Photon and VCMod make me think I have eye problems with how blown out everything is. http://www.webmd.com/eye-health/halos-and-glare-causes-prevention-treatment

Needless to say this is denied, we may revisit lights at some point down the road, but it's hardly a priority given how many other ideas there are at present.
