Suggestion Title: Increase NPC revive radius to the whole hospital
Suggestion Description: Basically, increasing the area that a body has to be to get revived to the whole hospital interior

Why should this be added?:
- easier to revive people
- Incetivises people to bother, dragging the body all the way to the back is a pain in the buttocks

What negatives could this have?:
- less revives for medics

What problem would this suggestion solve?: It's so boring having to drag them all the way through the hospital

I think either this should happen or bodies should take longer to fully die

I think they still get a portion of the money if someone uses the emergency room, same way they get the money if someone heals at the NPC. Not sure about XP however.
