Iron sights on top of the ACOG

Description of the idea:
Make the iron sights on top of the ACOG useable.

Maybe make a key bind combination that allows you to use the ACOG iron sights when aiming down sights? Some ideas for key bind combos could include:
- Pressing E+R whilst scoped in
- Pressing c whilst scoped in
- Pressing Q whilst scoped in
- Could also be assigned to an unused key

Using the iron sights would come with the following benefits:
- Standard iron sight aim sensitivity
- Better use in close range
Why should this be added? (pros):
- Would make the ACOG far more useful
- Makes sense
What negatives could this have? (cons):
- Would be very difficult to implement
- Already a better alternative for this for civilians, just take the scope off when you need to use it close range.​
