Why were you banned/blacklisted: 3.4 - Jay decided to run from gunpoint after insulting an officer and ran into an apartment causing a shootout for no reason. Ban length due to terrible record.
Why should this appeal be considered: because I want to Apologize to code monkey for putting his life in danger and for breaking a rules which was 3.4 Putting your Life at Risk
