Why Should This Player Be Punished: User broke 2.1 by hitting poles with her nightstick because "she had to make sure there was no illegal contraband in it"

Clearly broke 4.1 Follow the law (and law 1.5 Vandalism and destruction of property) by hitting the pole (property of the government) for an invalid reason. +support from me.

Obviously the user is at fault here (2.1 + 4.1) I agree that those actions were totally unjustified and unrealistic of a police officer.

As for the actual punishment I feel only a private conversation is necessary here for something quite minor.
